Wishing you Happy Easter
and welcome Spring
This is just a quick post to wish everyone a Happy Easter and show you a few of my latest Thrifting finds.
In the above picture; the stoneware platter and the oval bowl were 25¢ each. The rabbit came from another Thrift store, marked $5.00 but with 25% off ... $3.75 was a steal.
The wire bread-rack tray was thrifted long ago.
No idea what I paid for it.
These items came from a Barn sale.
The shutter was $2.00 ... four chicken feeder parts were 25¢ each ... square angel food cake pan was 50¢ ... the part of a chicken waterier (right) was FREE.
I spayed the shutter from the Barn sale with one coat of white ... makes a good background for photo shoots. The faded blue bird ... two wooden candlesticks ... small pewter bowl, four stoneware plates were 25¢ each ... total of $2.00.
Four Happy Spring place mats were $3.00 ... the center of the flowers are small buttons ... so cute!
The realistic looking green apples were $1.00 each.
They look great in the small chicken feeder tray.
I think it was 75¢ ... perfect for my friend who collects enamel lids. The one pint blue Ball Mason jar was $4.00.
(it is blue, not aqua). The lidded clear jar has raised letters that reads ...
THE KENDALL COMPANY PURE FOOD PRODUCT MINNEAPOLIS MINN.
I wonder what came in it !!!
Two cute bunnies ... alabaster eggs and grass make a simple, delightful centerpiece on a large Pfaltzgraff County Cupboard platter.
Our daughter prepared Easter lunch for us today at her ranch house and this was her table setting.
Burlap bunny ears hold the napkin and an individual butter knife. She loves using her miss-matched butter knives.
The dinner plates are Pfaltzgraff tea rose.
Salad plate is Pfaltzgraff filigree pale pink.
A green alabaster egg is sitting in a grapevine napkin ring and looks just like a tiny nest.
Oh my yes ... she has many sets of dishes and loves to do tablescapes and she is good at it.
I think she likes Pfaltzgraff.
Hope your Easter was delightful.
Thanks for stopping by ... hope you will say hello.

Happy Easter, Audrey. You scored some terrific buys and put them all together for a really nice vignette. And it looks like the fruit didn't fall far from the tree - your daughter's table is adorable.
